At the same time we say good bye and good luck to Andrea who moves to the Südgelände to work with Prof. Sven Schneider and to Sylvia, who moves to Seattle to begin a carrier in medicine.

It was a job well done, and just in time, because on Monday she starts her new position in Calgary with Professor Curtis Burlinguette. This means, of course, that Adrian is now the last surviving member of the Canadian version of AK Tykwinski.

The Mass Spectral facility is now proudly in the possession of a new maXis 4G, which expands our analysis to ESI and APPI, as well as a microTOF instrument for more routine LC MS.
